Directions to the Ridgewood Conference Center

From Mid-Town Manhattan:
Normal travel time: 45 - 60 minutes.
Take the Lincoln Tunnel to 95/NJ Turnpike North, to Route 80 West.
Follow signs to Garden State Parkway, NORTHBOUND.
Parkway North to Exit 163.
Continue for Local Rte. 17 North.

From Long Island:
Normal travel time 1 hour from Garden City/Roosevelt Field area.
Use any of the high speed Long Island parking lots -- like the LIE or Northern Parkway --
to Tri-Boro Bridge or Throgs Neck Bridge,
to the George Washington Bridge.
Over GW Bridge follow signs onto Route 80 West to Garden State Parkway North.
Parkway North to Exit 163.
Continue for Local Rte. 17 North.

From Westchester/Connecticut:
Normal travel time 30 minutes from the bridge.
Take the Tappan Zee Bridge to 287 to the Garden State Parkway.
Take the Parkway South to exit 165.
Continue for Local Rte. 17 North.

From Philadelphia and South Jersey
Take New Jersey Turnpike North to the Garden State Parkway.
Parkway North to Exit 163.
Continue for Local Rte. 17 North.

From Route 287 and west/central New Jersey
Route 287 North (or South, as necessary) to Route 80.
Route 80 East to Garden State Parkway.
Parkway North to exit 163.
Continue for Local Rte. 17 North.

From Newark Airport: (Normal travel time: 40 minutes) (For Shuttle service see below)
Normal travel time: 35-40 minutes.
From the airport take the NJ Turnpike North to the end.
Follow signs to Rte. 80 West,
to Garden State Parkway NORTHBOUND to exit 163.
Continue for Local Rte. 17 North.

From Laguardia Airport: (Non-rush hour travel time: 40 - 50 minutes)
From the airport take the Grand Central Parkway West, toward New York City.
Follow signs to, and take the Triborough Bridge, Rte. 278.
After crossing the Tri-boro take the Major Deegan Expressway, (Rte. 87) North,
to the Cross-Bronx Expressway (Rte. 95),
to the George Washington Bridge.
As you exit from the GW Bridge take Route 4 West.
Follow to Rte. 17 North.
Continue for Local Rte. 17 North.

From J.F.K. Airport: (Normal travel time: 60 minutes)
Take the Van Wyck Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway West, Rte. 278 toward New York City.
Follow signs to, and take the Triborough Bridge, Rte. 278.
After crossing the bridge take the Major Deegan Expressway, Rte. 87 to the Cross-Bronx Expressway, Rte. 95
to the George Washington Bridge.
From the GW Bridge take Route 4 West.
Follow to Rte. 17 North.
Continue for Local Rte. 17 North.

Locally, from Route 17 North: (Continue here)
Take Route 17 North to exit for Ridgewood Ave.
Take ramp, marked "Ridgewood" (just under the overpass).
At top of ramp (Stop sign) you must go right onto Ridgewood Ave. (You should be facing west.)
Go west on Ridgewood Ave and CROSS OVER Route 17.
Continue on Ridgewood Ave about 1 mile to the 2nd traffic light.
(a dry cleaner and a Japanese restaurant are on the far left corner)
Turn right onto Pleasant Ave. Follow it to the end (about 3/4 mile).
(You will be facing a cemetery, we are on the other side of it) Turn right onto Glen Ave.
Follow Glen Ave around the cemetery, and it becomes Franklin Turnpike.
Suburban Associates is the 6th building on the right #579.
Parking lot and main entrance are behind the building.

Locally, from Route 17 South:
Follow Route 17 south to the Shell gas station, just after race Track Road and the Ridgewood Park and Ride lot.
Turn right at the Shell station and right again at the stop sign, onto Franklin Turnpike.
Suburban Associates is the sixth building on your right (red brick 2 story building)
Parking lot and entrance is in the rear of the building.

**From Newark Airport: Airbrook Limousine Express Service is available to Ridgewood.
If you wish, this is an inexpensive way to travel from the airport ($27).
Upon arrival at Newark Airport, call (800) 432-1826.
They will tell you time of the next shuttle and at which terminal door to wait.
Their Ridgewood depot is located adjacent to the Suburban Associates parking lot.
We will pick you up.
